Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.Flexi-Florists.co.uk (“the site”) operated by Flexy-Florists LTD. The Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the site and placing orders at www.Flexi-Florists.co.uk. By accessing or using the site in any manner, including but not limited to, visiting, or contributing content or other materials to the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of service by posting the updated terms on the site. Your continued use of the site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Flexi-Florists.co.uk and are protected by international copyright, Trademark, patent, and other proprietary right laws. 1.The Seller (“Us”, “We”, “Our”) The Seller (“Us”, “We”, “Our”) is Flexi-Florists.co.uk, the trading name of Flexy-Florists LTD.  Registered in England and Wales at Companies House, No. 08350152. 2.  Payment 2.1 Payment may be made by the methods indicated on our website. Where you pay by gift card, if your gift card balance is more than the value of your order, we will deduct the total from your gift card and leave any remaining balance on the gift card. 2.2 A delivery charge will be applied at checkout. Please see our shipping information. 2.3 We always do our best to ensure that prices are correctly displayed but should an occasion arise where there is a price error, the order will not be cancelled, but a full refund will be issued, or you can be asked to pay the amended price. 3. Delivery. 3.1 We deliver to any UK address. No P.O Box Delivery or FREEPOST delivery. We also offer international delivery to a number of countries. Please contact us to check if your country is included on our list. 3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate, including the postcode. 3.3 Free delivery applies to all orders of £200 and above. This does NOT apply to International Orders. 3.4 Failure to deliver: Should our Courier fail to deliver your flowers; we will arrange a replacement product as soon as you let us know there is a problem. If there is no-one at the address during delivery time, we will attempt to leave in a secure place or with a neighbour. Please let us know when you place your order if you do not want these options. In cases where we are unable to deliver an order, we will notify you by phone or email as soon as we realise there has been a failure to deliver.  4. Changes and Cancellations You may amend your order by emailing us at sales@flexi-florists.co.uk or calling us on +447979697081. Please note that changes to your order MUST be made not more than 3 working days after placing your order. Changes placed after this time may not be amended.  5. Abusive behaviour Flexi-Florists reserves the right to terminate conversation with abusive individuals. At Flexi-Florists, we do not tolerate abusive behaviour of any sort. Mistakes, due to human error, can occur with your order (although this is very rare and has never happened yet since we started business) but this does not entitle anyone to be abusive to our staff. We may prevent abusive customers from using our site or doing any further business with us. 6. Product reviews, photo uploads and Feedback. 6.1 By Submitting product reviews or any other information to our site, you agree that these will become, and will remain, the property of Flexi-Florists and that Flexi-Florists can freely use such information for promotion of our flowers. Please note that you are solely responsible for the content of all your comments. You are prohibited from posting any unlawful material or anything that could give rise to civil or criminal liability. 6.2 By submitting any photos to our site, you agree to review them for offensive or any unsuitable material. Flexi-Florists does not accept responsibility for the content of your photos 6.3 By submitting photos to our site, you are agreeing that the photos will be displayed on our customer gallery page and will be accessible to the general public.  7. Fraudulent behaviour 7.1 If, for any reason, we believe that an order you place may be fraudulent in nature, we reserve the right to cancel the order and give you a full refund of your funds.  We are not obliged to reveal to you why we believe your order may be fraudulent.  Please note that it is our duty to co-operate with the police regarding any criminal investigations.  We may terminate your access to the site without notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. 8. Customer information 8.1 It is very important to us that you provide us with accurate personal information in order to enable effective communication with you and to ensure prompt delivery of your flowers. Third Party Sites. 9.1 Our site may contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by Flexi-Florists. Flexi-Florists has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or service. We advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.
