What are the payment options?
We accept debit or credit card payments only. You can also pay for your flowers in installments and they will be delivered to you once the payment is made in full. Please contact us for more details.
I received my flowers but I am not happy with my purchase. Will I be able to return the flowers?
Yes, you can return your flowers for a full refund or replacement provided the flowers have not been used and they are in their original condition that you received them. Please contact us as soon as you know there is a problem and before sending your flowers back. Please see our returns policy.
How long will it take before I receive my flowers after placing an order?
All orders are processed and posted within seven days of your order being placed so you should receive your order within ten days of payment being made. However, if you need your flowers earlier than this, please contact us before placing your order and we will try and assist. Please see our shipping policy.
Could I choose my own colours of flowers that are not displayed on the website?
All our flowers come in a range of different colours. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like something in a different colour and we will endeavour to meet all needs depending on availability.
